payment

★ i accept both Paypal and Cashapp (U.S. only)★ for orders over $40, i can accept half up-front and the other half after the sketch has been approved. i will not start coloring/polishing until 100% of the total has been paid.
★ if the other half is not paid in a reasonable timeframe (e.g. a month or more), i will consider the order void.
★ refunds are not available when paying half up-front

Terms of Service

★ i reserve the right to refuse or cancel a commission at any time and without prior notice (see refund policy below)
★ i retain copyright over all of my work in every circumstance. using my work for generative AI, including training, is strictly prohibited
★ i reserve the right to post the work on social media unless an NDA has been agreed upon. see exclusivity policy below
★ my work may be used in banners or profile pictures, but not for profit (including original characters or fanart). for commercial use, see policy below
★ you may repost my work on social media with proper credit. my watermark MUST be visible in the image.
★ prices listed are the base price. depending on complexity, i reserve the right to increase this total as i see fit proportional to the amount of time/effort required
★ you MUST be 18 or over to request any NSFW/adult content
★ please have visual references ready when making your request. if not enough detail is given, i may refuse the request due to my inability to complete it

NDA/Exclusivity

★ in order to ensure a commission is not used or posted by me on any of my socials, an exclusivity fee applies (+100%)
★ it is expected that, if applied, you are not to remove my watermark in any circumstance.

Commercial Use

★ to use my work in any commercial setting (e.g. marketing, merchandise, streaming, etc.), a commercial fee applies (+200%).
★ note that i reserve copyright over my work regardless of commercial use
★ i do not require the use of royalties. once purchased, you may use commercially as you see fit

Rush Order + Refunds

★ to guarantee completion earlier than deadline/move deadline closer, a rush order fee applies (+50%)
★ in the case of an extreme rush order (e.g. expected in 3 days or less), the fee is increased (+100%)★ refunds are only accepted in either of these two cases:
1. the piece has not been started yet/is in very early development OR
2. the piece exceeds $75+, in which i will keep 25% of the total cost minimum
